Ashley Williams

With over twenty-five years’ experience in the hunter/jumper industry, Ashley has been successfully competing up and down the east and west coast in both the Grand Prix’s and National Hunter Derbies.

Having trained under Helen Goddard out of Colts Neck, NJ for a majority of her career, she believes in understanding the basics; a strong foundation of flat work, the mechanics of how each horse moves as an individual and it's translation into their overall well-being.

The goal of her program is to educate both the rider and horse in a classic, logical system of training and competition.

Ashley has worked with riders of all ages and their equine partners from green to proven veterans. Students and horses have qualified and/or won top honors at many east and west coast shows such as HITS Saugerties, HITS Ocala, Thunderbird Show Park, World Equestrian Center Ocala, Vermont Summer Festival and finals such as NAL, Marshall & Sterling League, Jr. Hunter Finals and USHJA Finals.

Elizabeth Blaisdell

Beginning her riding career in New Jersey as a junior, Elizabeth’s background includes training from names such as George Morris, Frank Madden, Richard Keller, and Susie Hutchinson. Turning professional in 1999, Elizabeth’s Assistant Trainer position at PotCreek Meadow Farm in Washington allowed her the opportunity to solidify her foundation as a professional horsewoman, working with all levels of riders and horses at home and on the road. In 2004, the first incarnation of Harvest Moon Stables was opened in Southern California, where Elizabeth’s skills as a rider and trainer were showcased with client wins at WIHS and Zone 10 championships, as well as quality ribbons at indoors on the East Coast.

Since returning to the East Coast in 2011, Elizabeth has continued to work with students and horses of all levels, with clients ribboning at events from IEA Zone and National Finals to local medal finals to the Wellington Equestrian Festival. Elizabeth’s philosophy of placing an emphasis on catering to the client and encouraging horsemanship has not.

In addition to her success as a trainer, Elizabeth is A USHJA  Certified Trainer  and a USEF Licensed Official, holding her “r” in Hunter and Hunter/Equitation.
